A woman who lost 11.3kg has proudly showed off her weight loss on Reddit.
The woman who uses the username AonBheag, uploaded her before and after photos to her followers.
The woman, who is 5’2”, weighed 11.7 stone before weight loss journey began.
In the ‘after’ photo, AonBheag’s weight is down to 9.9 stone, making her total loss 1.7 stone.
She revealed that it had taken her two months to lose the weight, which she said she had done due to having health complications.
She began her diet in an attempt to heal an inflamed stomach.
The health complication had led AonBheag to forming a better relationship with food and change her eating habits.
So what has changed in the diet?
She said that her new diet now contains no dairy, no red meat, no soda or processed food.
She also said that she “only drinks water and has a very limited fat intake.”AonBheag has kept a strict diet plan to stop upsetting her stomach while also introducing a relaxed work out plan.
Although it had caused health complications it did kickstart a healthier lifestyle for AonBheag.
“If I hadn’t ended up with an inflamed stomach, I would probably have continued in a downward spiral,” she added.
She now enjoys lighter exercise such as walking and yoga and has given her a new lease of life.
